“On the Razor’s Edge / En la cuerda floja” is the title of the Heinrich Ehrhardt Gallery’s latest proposal, a group exhibition focusing on artists never before seen in the gallery. It is conceived as an opportunity to see diverse viewpoints of emerging art. This project is based on the chain reaction caused by various site-specific proposals by Busto Bocanegra, Miren Doiz, Kiko Pérez, María Jesús Garcés, Gonçalo Sena and André Romão.

This show is partly inspired by the reconsideration of some of the key foundations of movements such as minimalism, land art, arte povera or maximalism. However, it is also motivated by the exploration of more traditional disciplines and fields such as painting and sculpture, geometry and abstraction. In short, this exhibition emerges from the relationships established between the various interventions. It is about movement, transitions, processes and journeys that toy with the observer’s panoramic view and broaden its scope to include invisible places where connections between the works are apparent.
